The marine environment
Improving the environment of the Baltic Sea, the Kattegat and the Skagerrak is a priority task for the Swedish EPA. One important issue is to reduce algal blooms, another is to improve the reproductive conditions for cod. Sweden’s Action Plan for the Marine Environment is an important tool in our work.
